today the general availability of the VX SAM Security Accelerator
Module for its NET VX Series Universal Voice Exchange™. The
VX SAM is the industry’s first wire-speed, full capacity SRTP
solution and provides military-grade encryption utilizing Mocana’s
standards-based Embedded IPsec/IKE and FIPS 140-2 certified crypto
libraries.
With the VX SAM, NET’s
VX Series Universal Voice Exchange™ is the
ndustry’s
first voice switch providing SRTP encryption for SIP media
streams. The VX SAM provides line-rate SRTP and IPSEC encryption
as an optional module for secure voice solutions utilizing
the VX Series Universal Voice Exchange™. Interoperability
tests with the latest STRP RFC 3711 standards have been
successfully completed.

core to fully leverage hardware acceleration.
