Cyberwar Definitions "Too Narrow" Says Researcher

Writing in his Errata blog researcher Robert David Graham suggests that the term "cyberwar" has been misapplied.

He cites the lack of a clear definition of what constitutes a cyberwar. And for those who dismiss such definitions as inconsequential, he cites the difference between a "superstorm" and a hurricane.
