DARPA's Cyber Fast Track Program Ending April 1

At the end of this month, the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) will end its Cyber Fast Track program, which empowered security "rock stars" to tackle tough cybersecurity problems in innovative ways.

Speaking at CanSec West, an annual security conference in Vancouver, British Columbia, the CFT program's director Peiter Zatko said "CFT is ending because it was an experiment. DARPA isn't an open organization. We were looking for a new way to work with people.”
