New Mobile Apps, Coming Soon to a Ford Near You

Ford Motor Company has announced the release of a software development kit (SDK) for their AppLink platform, which allows their in-car Sync system to communicate and interact with connected devices. The public availability of the SDK will encourage developers to submit apps to Ford who, according to a recent CNET blog post, are actively seeking apps and have even gone as far as to suggest to developers some of the high hopes they have for AppLink apps.
