3D Intel Chips

In a 1965 issue of Electronics Magazine, Intel's Gordon Moore wrote that the number of transistors on a chip will double every two years. Nearly fifty years later, however, physics at the extreme micro levels are now threatening future advancement. But by building silicon chips in 3D, Intel has found a novel way around these problems.
