Company Forced to Give Up Source Under GPL

If you've worked with Mocana before, you know that we make a big deal out of our "GPL-FREE" code. In other words, our code is completely original, written from scratch specifically for device environments. Why is that so important? Because the alternative is embedding open source code (which is often covered under Gnu Public License terms) into your commercial products. And that can have some nasty legal consequences for your product.
