Nanodot Memory Faster Than RAM

Nanodots are tiny magnets that can switch polarity and when grouped together can store massive amounts of memory. This week researchers in Taiwan and at the University of California announced they have achieved nanodot memory speeds 10 to 100 times faster than current RAM.
