Mocana offers three levels of support, with each level offering a variety of components designed to meet the needs of both large and small operations.  Each customer or partner has access to our state of the art Customer Success Portal, which includes access to our knowledge base, customer forums, and your support requests.

Professional Services Packages

Get your security development started as soon as possible with Mocana.

Mocana's Professional Services are designed to help customers get their development started as soon as possible.

Mocana will assign specific engineering resources to resolve any early development challenges and ensure they are quickly responded to and overcome without going through the standard Technical Support process.

Engineers are available on-site to directly support your development team.

FIPS 140-2 Validated Program

Certify your products for US Government use through Mocana.

FIPS 140-2 Level 1 validation is the highest certification allowed for software-only products. Level 1 certificates are specific to an operating environment (OE), consisting of an operating system (OS) and a processor (CPU). Mocana's NanoCrypto product is available as an off-the-shelf FIPS 140-2 Level 1 validated binary for several operating environments. Furthermore, Mocana's FIPS Certification Services Team can validate additional operating environments per your specific needs.
